E++ Technical Consultant Certification for Not Yet Techies

The International Council of E-Commerce Consultants / EC-Council E++ Technical Consultant certification is designed for IT pros, including salespeople, wanting to validate their skills and experience with e-commerce or e-business technologies. The E++ Technical Consultant is apparently not designed to make you a technical expert, but informed enough to know how to apply the technologies to e-business issues, strategies and methodologies.

The International Council of E-Commerce Consultants offers a training course to prepare you for the E++ Technical Consultant certification exam, but it is not required.

You must take and pass the E++ Technical Consultant Certification Exam 312-12

The training and exam cover 7 tracks:

TRACK 1 - E-Commerce Foundation
TRACK 2 - Web Publishing
TRACK 3 - Java Programming
TRACK 4 - Networking Technologies
TRACK 5 - Web Application Development
TRACK 6 - Web Server Administration
TRACK 7 - Designing E-Commerce Solutions

The E++ Technical Consultant Certification Exam 312-12 consists of 200 multiple choice questions. It lasts for 4 hours and you must score at least 73% correct to pass.
