XMLSpy is a popular XML development environment from Altova, Inc. XMLSpy has over 1,000,000 registered users. XMLSpy supports all other web development tools such as Microsoft's Visual Studio.NET, Java, web tools and database tools. XMLSpy can be used to create and validate XML documents.
