Borland JBuilder is a visual Integrated Development Environment / IDE put out by that company to create and compile Java applications. Version 1.0 was released in 1997. It was created by Blake Stone. Borland JBuilder was created to "push the limits of Java" -- and now it itself is completely written in that language. It is extensible and customizable. There are a lot of freeware and shareware tools to make it even more powerful.
