Macromedia Freehand is a graphics, vector drawing program that uses Flash to animate artwork. It has roughly the same functions as Adobe Illustrator. If you are using other Macromedia Suite products such as Flash for your web site, it makes sense to use Macromedia Freehand for your graphics program, since it integrates well with the entire Suite.

Path operations change the shape of the drawing. The program comes with Xtra Operations and Xtra Tools to create a wide variety of images.
